Why do zebras have stripes? Because they don't want to be spotted! Bad jokes aside, scientists still don't know for certain why zebras have stripes, but many theories revolve around camouflage. In this episode of "Museum Minute", VMNH Educator Terri Robertson is in the Hahn Hall of Biodiversity to discuss some of the reasons zebras might have stripes!
