We are pleased to share that Ryan Barber, deputy director of the Virginia Museum of Natural History, is one of 19 advancement professionals appointed to the Communications and Marketing Committee of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) by the AFP's Board of Directors. The 19 appointees to this international committee represent 7 states and 3 countries. The AFP represents more than 30,000 members in over 230 chapters throughout the world, working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education and certification programs. Congratulations, Ryan!
