Become A VMNH Youth Volunteer!

VMNH Youth Volunteers learn a lot and have a lot of fun! VMNH is looking for motivated youth to volunteer this summer and throughout the school year. Youth Volunteers ages 13 to 17 assist museum staff with special events, summer camps, tours, animal care, and various other projects. Gain valuable work experience and count your time toward community service hours. Those interested in volunteering should email discover@vmnh.virginia.gove to sign-up. A pre-summer orientation workshop for summer youth volunteers will be held the week of June 7th-June 11th, so please sign up by June 4th.
